Services provided
We have worked on all sorts of projects, from small, quick turnaround cases to large complex litigation involving millions of documents. The types of review performed include:
- Linear review: each and every document is reviewed and coded.
- Focused review: preferred by many plaintiff firms, this method allows for the reviewers to run key word searches on entire productions, pulling a smaller subset of documents that are more likely to have the highly relevant "hot" docs needed to get a handle on the case in the early stages.
- Privilege review: Celtic Legal takes privilege reviews very seriously, running two levels of QC on all coded documents.
- Medical records: Several of our reviewers have worked on medical malpractice cases and have experience reviewing medical records and billings.
- Bilingual reviewers: We have the ability to review Spanish language records.
Rush projects: Due to the nature of our review set up, we can start a project on a moment's notice. Our reviewers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and many are able to work through holidays.
